Ninja can autonomously solve tasks in its own web browser to automate manual work. It excels at business tasks, such as managing online shops, answering support tickets, drafting emails, creating content, researching competitors, and much more.
@hkalra16 Don't worry, it's a great question! The answer is a bit long. :D So we have a company https://molin.ai/ - which creates Sales & Support AI chatbots for ecommerce shops. We integrate with ecom platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce to enable the AI to take action, e.g., cancel an order and initiate a refund. The problem here is that most shops use multiple tools, such as ERPs, CRMs, ticketing, etc - not just Shopify.
So, to fully automate the internal operations of shops, the AI has to be connected to all their systems. Therefore, we decided to use a browser-using agent as a general solution that can just log in to apps and do things for the shops.
This way, we don't have to connect to all these APIs.
As we built it, we realised that it has to be a general tool first to work well and then we should make it specific for the e-commerce use case. That's why we decided to launch it as a standalone product first. 🚀
However, soon Ninja will be connected to Molin to turn every shop into a single-person operation.
Inbox management caught my eye! I have too many newsletters that I keep putting off on reading and they start accumulating in my inbox... So this will be interesting to try out to see if I can do some decluttering but also get the content reading scheduled into my calendar at the same time.
No way, finally an AI agent that actually does the boring stuff for me! I waste so much time on manual tasks—can’t wait to see how hands-off this really is.
As a founder of Khao.aivee.xyz , loving productivity tools, I like Ninja. Let me test it! I dont want to work :p

Automating repetitive online tasks with an agent like this sounds appealing. I'm always looking for ways to get routine work off my plate. Congrats on shipping it.

This is too good. Got to try. Congratulations team!
Tried using this - quite interesting. Needless to say upvoted.
How does Ninja stack up against the OpenAI agent. When would you want me to use Ninja as against OpenAI? Sorry for the brutally honest question :)
