Hi All - thanks for checking out the new version of NinjaOutreach - the all in one influencer marketing tool. Years ago NinjaOutreach started as a mere desktop application... which everyone hated. Today, we're proud to announce a completely new design of the web application and website - it's a whole rebranding. Happy to answer any questions! Also, enjoy the 10% off any NinjaOutreach plan for the first month with coupon code HUNTERS2017 (valid until Dec 25th)

@shastnyy Lol, I watched National Lampoons this week :D

They make you trial into the highest paid version, with zero notifications thereafter if your trial is over or when they charge for the next month. On reporting this to them, their response was cold and a variation of 'your problem'. Felt scammed, but maybe this is their understanding of subscription models - optimize for people forgetting about the tool.

Pros:

None unfortunately in our experience

Cons:

Trick you into trial-ing and forgetting with terrible customer service

Hazel Pan
Hi Anuj, I'm sorry you had to go through that. Can you tell me when this happened? As of December last year, we've already added end-of-trial notifications to our app.
Kevin OConnell
@hazelmaepan LOL FUCK YOU THIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME FUCK YOU!!!!!
Anuj Agarwal
@oyeanuj They ripped off $500 during our trial period too. We canceled and they never refunded even when we never used it. Frudulent people. STAY AWAY from this cheaters!
Ted Cory

Didn't cancel when requested

Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

BEWARE -FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY - We requested cancellation prior to end of trial and they didn't cancel and billed us.

Tamás Polgár
@ted_cory True! Not only they lull you into a "free trial" and charge you without warning. They even refuse to cancel, and they reserve the right to charge you even if you want to opt out.
Sarah Barrick
@ted_cory @tamas_polgar yep, happened to me too. Extremely dishonest business, it seems they use a deliberately misleading modal to trap free trial users into instantly charging their card, and then offering no refund even when the error is reported within minutes.
Alexandra Malis

I wanted to jump on trial and trey tried to charge me 621 USD without any notification, after I tried to cancel the trial, but my card was charged, I can't get refund and their support is a full silence, horrible!

Pros:

Basic tool that doesn't cost what they charge

Cons:

Absolutely dishonest company behaviour

Sarah Barrick
@alexandramalis this happened to me too. I had to come here to write a review, because I am just so shocked that such a dishonest company is still operating by such standards.
Tracey Munn
@alexandramalis @sarah_marilyn this happened to me just yesterday. Please join me in lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, these criminals need to be stopped.

I signed up for a trial of NinjaOutreach. Tried it briefly, decided I might possibly come back to look at it later. After a couple of weeks I realised that they had billed me $594 without any warning. I didn't even get any trial ending soon emails. Nothing. When I complained they told me that they have a no refund policy and it was basically my problem. Then they offered a partial refund of $297 take it or leave it and then went silent. A totally unethical company. I'll be sure to complain to the Better Business Bureau and to leave a comment on any future mentions of them that I see online.

Pros:

None that I can think of

Cons:

The service itself is totally overpriced for what it is. Perhaps the email follow up feature could be useful, but not at that price.

Awesome tool! Ninjaoutreach is a really quick and easy all in one tool that helps to find and contact prospects, and though limited in scope, very happy with the results.

Pros:

Great UI and support

Cons:

nnothing

I LOVE NinjaOutreach! I am using it to find out who the influencers are in the niches that I am targeting AND also to find podcasts that I can approach for interview opportunities!

Pros:

Makes market research SO MUCH EASIER!

Cons:

Little bit of a learning curve figuring out who to target

Nathan McNeill

I feel like their free trial process is deceptive. They charged me $250 for six months of Ninja Outreach at the end of a 7 day trial that I didn't end up using. No notice immediately before the charge. Asked for a refund and was told that I should have read the fine print and they have a "no refund" policy. I ended up spending several hours trying to track down contacts at NinjaOutreach and finally ended up on the phone with their CEO. It was his opinion that I should have known better on letting the trial lapse, but to his credit, he did hear me out (I was not happy) and issued me a refund. I think that overall, NinjaOutreach looks like a good tool, but they need to examine their trial and customer service processes to ensure that they are being transparent with their prospects.

Pros:

The tool is interesting and is helpful in unearthing new influencers to target.

Cons:

They don't notify before charging your credit card after their "Free" trial.
