Looks really cool, great update on the older version. For the email outreach, will it send using my own email account (G Suite) or do the emails get sent by your servers?
Evgen Schastnyy
@joisig thanks Joi)
Ninja Outreach
@joisig you can integrate your email(s) with our software, and they send from your email

Must Say, you guys worked on the UI and it looks great! Also liked the Business Stack Section. Wonder why more companies dont keep it on their page. Good Going guys :)
Evgen Schastnyy
@amrit_aacharya1 The business stack isn't the page every company knows how to leverage, but we found the way to do that). And thanks for the warm words about our new UI. Happy that you liked it.

Like many others before, I was scammed by these bastards too. They charged my credit card without warning with $358, an entire year's fee and refused to refund. Turns out that deep, deep down in the small print of their Terms and Conditions they reserve the right to do so... which would be outright illegal in Europe, and certainly not bona fide behaviour anywhere in the world. They also deliberately confuse the user about the length of the trial period: it's not stated in their Terms and Conditions, only when you sign up, but right after then they start to bombard you with flashy ads frequently repeating "trial" and "14 days" everywhere. On the other hand, the trial turned out to be utterly useless. I received absolutely no response from any of the influencers I tried to contact, and half of the e-mails bounced back because the address was invalid.

UGLY and horrible support! Yesterday I had to kill all day to set up Ninja Outreach. They try to charge more money that in pricing! I had to talk with support all day (ALL DAY!). Today they wrote me to give them my ID ( I'm try to protect my data - so why I need to send my ID to this guys that even can't withdraw the correct amount of money. ) They blocked my account - my ID don't much with my email - they haven’t written anywhere that you need to specify a real name! ( WTF ???? I have send ID that match with name on card ) Waiting for refund!

Buyer beware!! Once you enter your credit card number for the free trial, you will be charged even if you cancel prior to the billing date. After I complained and showed proof of my request to cancel (which they confirmed) they fought with me over downgrading me to a lesser plan but eventually did it. We then attempted to use the product for a few months and had no luck with it. Fast forward to a year after the trial fiasco and I logged into the website and cancelled our subscription. We don’t use the product. About two weeks later I see a charge for almost $900 on my credit card so I reach out to their support and tell them there must be a problem because I cancelled the subscription and I requested a full refund. They tell me that I never cancelled and then offer to give me half my money back only two weeks after the renewal date. We haven’t used the product in well over 6 months ... it doesn’t work. I ask again for a refund explaining that their website told me the subscription was cancelled and that I will dispute the charge. The customer service rep then informs me they “win 99% of disputes” has that I had better take his offer for a partial refund. It’s HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE to hold your customer’s hostage. Avoid this company unless you want to be billed against your wishes.

:::::SCAM ALERT:::: RUN IMMEDIATELY! I trialed the platform last year and contacted them before the trial’s end to cancel my subscription. They still charged my credit card $1188, and I saw the charge this past month when they went to charge the card again for a service I never used. I contacted NinjaOutreach - they confirmed I had cancelled the subscription during the trial, and said, “I know it’s easy to assume the worst thing, but looks like there was a billing error.” Interesting they thought I would assume the worst - is it because they did it on purpose? They proceeded to say they could refund me, but only if I first submitted 5 star reviews BEFORE refunding, the illegal action of a BRIBE. I wonder - are any of these good reviews real?? Look at how many “billing errors” happened to others! Then they changed their mind and said they couldn’t refund me on something they confirmed was THEIR error because I didn’t contact them “during the billing period,” creating an arbitrary statute of limitations on a transaction I never authorized. Never have I seen a company do this before. They are operating under major unethical business practices - billing people “accidentally,” attempting to bribe for refunds, stealing people’s money. If you’re looking for a service like this, there are plenty of competitors that aren’t acting fraudulently. I’m so disgusted - I’m not only reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as they should be shut down, I’m going to make it my goal to save folks like me from scam artists like NinjaOutreach. Save yourself and STAY AWAY.
