Notion is the all-in-one workspace. From notes, tasks, wikis, to database, Notion is all you need. Works great for teams and individuals. Available in the browser, iOS, Mac, and Windows.
Notion has been the tool that I've waited for all my life. For personal use, it has completely replaced Evernote for me.
For team use, it has replaced Trello, Google Docs, and has tremendously increased transparency within our company. I would recommend this product to everyone.
Pros:
Easy to use, great embed functionality, easy to use shortcuts, great search, evernote migration
Cons:
No multi email support to split out work vs personal accounts. No web clipper yet

The desktop apps are Electron, right? But there's no Linux version?? That's sort of the thing about Electron -- it enables *cross-platform* apps. Otherwise, Mac and Windows people would probably really prefer native apps.
If you have an Electron app, it's really not that difficult to support Linux. It ain't tough to install Ubuntu in a VM on your Mac.
It seems so great, guys!!!
Is it possible to use automation software like Zapier or integrate Google Calendar in Notion? For example, if I set up a meeting in Notion It will automatically add it in Calendar?
So impressed by this product. π This is where I organize all my (personal + company) knowledge base. One of the most underrated features is the ability for anyone, especially nontechnical, to build and publish good-looking pages so easily.
Thank you so much for this remarkable product. Iβm just so happy to pay for it. Keep on the great work, canβt wait for the Android app to be released. :)
Been using notion for the past few weeks and really like it. I feel like I'm not using it to its fullest capability though, wish they had a full on tutorial showing how all of their features can be used in context (the examples on the homepage are a good start). Letting people create these workflows and share them (or if notion gives you some of these templates) would help in getting people setup.
Big con: sadly, the developers have given zero consideration to security. You get a password in *clear text* over email, which you can't even change later (or have the basic "change on first use" policy). C'mon guys, it's not 1997 - we expect basic security practices.
Feature Request - It would be cool if there was a workspace setting only accessible to workspaces with a single user called "Turn on Single User Mode". If turned on the distinction between "Workspace" and "Private" would go away as well as any other features that were not applicable to a single user workspace. While the product still works great even if using it alone it would be awesome if these elements could be removed for a single user to clean things up even more....especially for an OCD minimalist like myself :).
I understand this might go against monetization goal and building paid teams though.
Awesome product!
