This use case was one of the big promises of personal AI assistants, would be interesting to see it in action on a smaller scale. It seems like you're mostly targeting mid-sized events which means that smaller events like the ones we often do (20 < x < 100) might not be a good fit.

Sounds like a great solution for companies that require employees to travel or meet in person ! Have you considered having this kind of event planning for consumers to plan trips and other major events? It might be something of a travel agentic AI that makes hotels and airlines “bid” for their purchase.

@luke_okubo thanks Luke!! Yes, our end goal is to streamline any event including personal consumer trips and events like weddings and 70th bday parties. This includes the hotel and airline dynamic proposals, and we're making the pricing more transparent and putting the negotiating power into the consumers hands with benchmark data. We started by focusing on corporate since the budgets are bigger and more repeat business, but we're excited to start taking on these other types of events in the future!
