Nothing actually works. I've been trying to customize CNAME settings, it's "loading" for hours. Can't delete anything. Can't add anything. I just regret switching to Nuage.

This has been my go to website when I try to look for the perfect domain for my organizations I work with. Kuddos on the website design.

Pros:

Really enjoy the interface the usability of this website.

Cons:

Love to see a domain random generator or a better way to select domains based on data I have inputted.

Dear PH community be careful of buying domains through nuageapp.com. We are trying to reach Nuage via their support email and their online support chat for last two weeks. They are totaly ignoring us.

Can't transfer domain with transfer tool "in development" for over a year, really wish I've never signed up… ☹️

Pros:

User interface

Cons:

No support / updates

I've had issues transferring and now it still says my domain is transferring months later. My domain expires in 31 days, and I'm worried it's not even going to work. I hope I can transfer it away from Nuage back to Hover if things don't work.

Pros:

Really nice features and simple UI/UX

Cons:

Practially no support, takes forever. Buggy

I was so hyped to find this and then I searched for it on PH to read reviews just in case. So terribly sad that the company is apparently dead, with no announcement or any indication of their website.

After almost two years and several domains, Nuage showed that their support is barely even existant. Also, I am not the only case, they seem to lose a lot of domains that suprisingly are owned by domaingrabber afterwards.

Pros:

Nice design

Cons:

- Barely any support - losing domains - no notifications - customer handling sucks

Everybody loves a good generator. Simple interface, easy to use, and straight forward. Why not?

What’s about email with the domain ?
