Was working with a startup and I think we spent like a month just thinking and implementing how to get users to get answer to their questions within the app and get the most out of the platform. @kavyaaatripathi Hey Kavya, the flow templates can be customized to the T, both in terms of logic and the UI of how the experiences look. You can even set goal metrics that align with your business goals!
