Woot woot team!! Building into the way I work is SUPER helpful and well, Chrome, is where I do a ton of my work. Any thoughts of integrating it into other apps?

1) What has been the most interesting / unexpected discovery from seeing your product used by beta users?

I'd say the most interesting discovery has been how people use social context in interesting ways to make sure an outreach gets responded to. Subtle things like mentioning names you know they know well, or knowing that other conversations are happening at their company, and bringing those conversations to light. All that adds a layer of "social context" that changes a cold outreach to a very warm one.
For feedback, wow, it's everything. Detailed data in Splunk on what's actually getting used/clicked, in depth sessions with users, Intercom sessions with active users, lots and lots of sales calls to see what starting messages people respond to. Pretty much any and all ways of getting feedback - they each give a slightly different lens on people and what they need.
@darynakulya To add to Steve's point, we also look at user actions to ensure the best experience and have a stellar Customer Success Team that provides support to set them up for success.

@pierregodret@robjama Thanks Pierre for the question. I think the biggest difference is we track relationship strength. So you can see who on your Team at IKO, and who in your network has strong relationships with people at the accounts you are selling to. Very helpful for insights and intros.

We also work in Google Inbox (and other integrations coming soon), we pull a person or company's tweets, and we find personal and company mentions in the news. It looks like Clearbit has a 100-lookup limit on their free tier.

Lots of comments are talking about Nudge's use in the sales context, but managing relationships expands well beyond sales. As a light user for the past two months Nudge's email notifications stand out in that they continue to provide value and I've not opted out of them as often happens with new services I try.
