NULX update: prepaid AI captions, translations, and request tracking

NULX now has prepaid AI caption and translation credits, plus a safer API flow for video apps.

You can top up a NULX account, then use your app to request captions or a translation. NULX reserves the credits when a job is accepted, settles them when it completes, and returns the reservation if it fails.

For developers:
• Reuse one request key when retrying a timed-out call. NULX returns the same job.
• Look up job status by ID or by the key you sent.
• Receive ready/failed webhooks with the request identity.
• Check your credit balance and create a hosted top-up checkout through the API.

The goal is to make background video work easier to account for without building a second credit system in your app.
