Ocean Templates are designed to be flexible and easy to use, inspiring and empowering developers to build diverse sets of Web3 applications such as decentralised marketplaces, e-commerce without needing to have prior smart contract programming knowledge.
@ng_yi_hong If you need help or want to hop on a quick call before you get started let me know, would be happy to help! You can find my calendly on oceanprotocol.com/templates
While Ocean Templates make it easier for developers to build Web3 applications, one potential downside could be that the platform may oversimplify the complexities of smart contract programming, which could lead to a lack of understanding of the underlying technology. This could potentially make troubleshooting and customization more difficult for users. Improving the platform with comprehensive learning resources or advanced tutorials might mitigate this issue, ensuring users not only utilize the platform but also understand the mechanics of smart contracts. Let me know if you think the same.
@patpijanowski Hi Patryk, simplicity most times comes with compromises so, while I do agree with you there, I also want to highlight that if someone is looking for some more complexity they can use our open-source JS library (https://github.com/oceanprotocol...) or - even better - operate directly at a smart contract level (https://github.com/oceanprotocol...).
On the other side, I also believe that no unicorn was built with PMF in place already and to take a product from 0 to 1 takes a lot of time & dev resources. Ocean templates hopefully can help builders save time & resources in the initial development phase. Let me know your thoughts!

Congrats on the launch!
Went through the platform, and it looks promising. There is lot of potential in the platform. I am sure the team will do their best to explore more possibilities with Ocean Templates. 📈
@srimisra Thank you! The potential use cases are really broad, but currently the stack is specialised to launch decentralised marketplaces and decentralised e-commerce sites

@andreaarmanni2 That's pretty cool and keep building man. I hope to see all the potential use cases to be implemented someday.
Congratulations on launching Ocean Templates! It sounds like a great way to easily learn and develop powerful DApps. I'm excited to see how it will help shape the future of Web3!
