For analysis, does your product also help with prioritization of feedback ? how many times a certain feedback was mentioned / received retweets, likes etc..

Yes, that's exactly what we do.
We help you prioritize feedback by utilizing a combination of keyword extraction and sentiment analysis.
This enables you to find similar feedback that talks about the same issue.
Additionally, we add sentiment analysis to determine the distribution of negative, positive, and neutral comments within those keywords that we detected.
This makes it easier for you to prioritize the feedback that requires more attention based on what is the sentiment on the keyword that was identified.
