Sounds very interesting, if you get really a lot of feedback I could imagine this is very helpful.

I really like the UI, very easy to understand and navigate + integration with both Slack and Intercom is clutch. The emotional read for feedback is great to represent the variety of feedback in a quick 'gut check' way.
Looking forward to testing this out with much more feedback.
