There are multiple ways you can bring in feedback into Olvy, like automatically importing from Slack, Discord, PlayStore, etc.
You can also add an in-app widget to Olvy to allow your users to give you feedback, and we have integrations with email, CRMs, and your existing in-app chat tool as well.

Hey, the chat feature is something we haven't yet adopted.
What we have understood about qualitative feedback is that the stories of their customers need to be more discoverable in nature than simply asking.
Hence, we haven't prioritized it yet, and we are currently focused on building a solid product that helps companies gain actionable insights from the large volume of feedback they receive. 🙌
