Hey, congrats Olvy team for the launch. How accurate is the AI listener? What does it do when it does not know if it's a feedback or not? Do I need to manually evaluate some statements too?

@kshitij11 Hey Kshitij, our default models are 95% accurate, for enterprise customers we run custom models which can get 99% accuracy. Along with that, Olvy's flexible workflow allows you to remove things that you think are not a feedback and gets detected as a feedback by Olvy. Your manual correction help Olvy AI improve its detection process for your workspace.
