I would recommend this to anyone who is starting out on webinars or those organisations who have established webinar programs... make the switch! You will love using it!

Pros:

Easy to use, sophisticated all in one platform and software

Cons:

None that I can find!

If you're doing webinars on the reg, I highly recommend trying 5.0.

Pros:

So so easy to use. Plus cool advanced features if you need them.

Cons:

Nothing really.

You will need a more than just GoTo to market your webinars and follow up with your webinar attendees. WebinarNinja prides itself as an all-in-one webinar solution, giving the host everything they need to run webinars- registration pages, thank you pages, email notifications, built in marketing with our webinar search engine-The Webinar Finder and more. There is nothing to download with WebinarNinja. We are totally browser based so your attendees don't need to download anything to attend your webinars. This equals higher attendance rates. As a former H.S. and college teacher, I am obsessed with the learning environment so we mad sure interaction is done easily with our Studio area. A separate Q&A area, insert YouTube videos at anytime live, Dynamic layouts, as well as the ability to upload your PPT slides directly in WN so you can manage everything on one screen. No need to share screen (you still can thought if you want). Oh! One more I should mention. GoTo Doesn't offer the wide range of webinar types we do- Live, Automated, Series & Summits and Hybrid. We are totally browser based (you got to download software with Zoom) and make it easy to set up a webinar with our 10-second creation (it's 10 steps with WebinarJam) We also include all types of webinars with our plans so you don't need to buy separate software to run automated/recorded webinars (like WebinarJam. Zoom only does live). We include Live and Automated webinars with all our plans and offer Series & Summits &Hybrid webinars with our other tiers. We also, in my opinion have the BEST replay experience ever. When live you can change your layouts to show screens (i.e. host video, share screen, slides, co-host) in different arrangements including picture in picture. The magical part is that we reproduce this experience in the replay recording so it matches the live experience as well. I started a free trial but found out that Starter plan doesn't allow for recurring webinars. I'm trying to get into webinars and have a lot to learn. I don't care to do a hybrid or fully automated webinar. I just want a simple plan that will allow me to practice. I tried to contact support but it took me to the knowledge base page. Cancelled trial. I'd signed up for WebinarJam in the past and their marketing side of things was top notch. For my first webinar, the viewers had been stuck on the same slide for about 20 minutes so I cancelled it thinking this browser tech just isn't there yet. I'm on zoom now and no issues when it comes to playing but their marketing side of things is just not there. They don't even have replays! Anyway, that's my life story. If anyone has a good recommendation for webinar software, let me know! I wanted to try WebinarJam again but they're marketing kind of creeps me out. I got a lot of spam (err..marketing emails) from them. WebinarNinja team, hope some of this is somewhat useful to you. Keep up the good work. We need good webinar software :)

@happygezim Hey Gezim! Starter plans for sure include Automated webinars (which is the same as evergreen webinars). When you say recurring webinars...are you speaking about live webinars that happen over and over? You can clone any type of webinar at anytime. The knowledge base suggestion is an automated message via Intercom to try to help you while one of our support team members servers you. If you can give me a bit more detail of what you are looking for in terms of recurring webinars, can see if our team can add it to our roadmap :)

@bizrepublic Hi Omar. Thanks for the response. It just occurred to me that Intercom was blocked by Ghostery on my browser so I missed that. I realize Starter plan gives you automated webinars but I don't need that. I want to send out a webinar link to each new user that registers and have them choose a time from a list of 3-5 times during the week. I then want to do each webinar live when the date/time comes. Cloning doesn't work for me because I'd have to do a lot of manual work and send people 3-5 links. Am I making sense at all? Thanks again, Omar!

Brilliant Webinar Software that surpasses all the other software I've used in the past, like GoTOWebinar, WebinarJam and 3 others I've used. The quality of the webinar delivery and support is very important to me and WebinarNinja does all this and more.

At the end of the day, I want my audience to have a great experience with video, audio and text interaction with me and Webinar Ninja delivers on this.

Other Cheap software that use Google hangouts like WebinarJam had caused me a myriad of headaches with lagging, poor video quality during live stream and audio drop out. This was a terrible experience for my audience and that's why I was so delighted to have WebinarNinja.

Omar and his development team keep working hard, and have created this amazing updated version of Webinar Ninja 5 and they simply keep adding functionality which is making it the Superior Webinar software available.

I love how it connects to all the major CRMs and email autoresponders- especially the one I use, PLUS Omar's team is currently adding them in as direct integrations. Brilliant.

I love Webinar Ninja and I know once you give it a try, you will love it too.
