Nice product. I signed up. I selected the BOSTON template and clicked GET STARTED button. The SAVE button on the next screen "Name your Campaign" does not work.

Hello again, I tested it, and it seems everything works well. Before editing the template, you need to add a new domain where you'd like to run a campaign. After selecting the Boston template, you need to click on the (+) button, enter a domain name, then click on the Add button. Name your campaign and click on the Save. If you need more help, just let me know :)

@judit_pal Okay, thanks. It works now. I've already set up two campaigns. Dashboard results seem fine but email data does not match dashboard data.

That's great that you started with 2 campaigns. I hope they're performing as expected :) Our dashboard show an aggregated stat for all your campaigns. Within a campaign, you can see the results of that particular campaign.

I’ve tested a lot of popup tools (there are plenty of really good products on the market), but none of them impressed me as much as Optimonk did. I can't imagine how they can make this tool even better. Nice job, Optimonk!

OptiMonk saves lots of abandoning visitors day by day in our garden store. What I particularly like: it provides mobile exit intent as well. Highly recommended - especially for email capturing. One note for improvement: it would be useful to see see statistics by device.

I switched to OptiMonk because of the targeting, with OptiMonks biggest competitors, their targeting sometimes just don't work, despite doing all the settings correctly. Pros It's just the best tool of its type on the market. What is really outstanding about this product is 1) the simple drag and drop popup editor, 2) the wheel of fortune template 3) Animated Christmas template 4) Count down timer (can be added to any template). 5) Geolocation is top-notch with OptiMonk, especially when compared to the other tools on the market. Every aspect of targeting just works. I also love the ability to use popups as a conversion funnel, setting popups to work as a series. Also, it works with any ecommerce platform and any email marketing platform. Cons In terms of what's missing, - Id say Inline notifications and its own chat feature. That being said it does have an integration with Recart.
