How do you guys handle expenses as an intermediary? For instance, Upwork issues invoices from their corporate entity which represents a traditional B2B relationship in some countries. How do you account for payroll paperwork-wise?

@no_fear_inc Great question. We handle expenses for employees as a simple adjustment to net pay. Our interface lets the employee submit their expenses which the hiring manager or people team can approve. There’s no “paperwork". Hit me up with more questions: maggie @ oysterhr.com

Local compliance guardrails built into the Oyster platform make sure your employment agreements are legally compliant with local labor laws and give your a business the legal protections you need.
