Pancake is the Vercel for GTM.
It gives you the building blocks to deploy any go-to-market idea from your favorite AI agent, such as Claude or Codex: a GTM Brain, sending infrastructure, and 40+ data providers and enrichment, all accessible through one MCP connection.
We hit #1 here in May, then rebuilt almost everything. Here's why.
Claude and Codex can already plan your go-to-market. They can't run it: no data to find the right people, no way to reach them, no memory of your business.
Pancake is that piece. One MCP connection gives your agent: • a GTM Brain that learns your business, ICP and voice from your website • 40+ data providers and enrichment • sending infrastructure, from your own accounts
Describe who you want to reach in one sentence, and Pancake turns it into a Play that keeps finding leads, each with the reason they fit. Your agent decides, Pancake runs it. And if you'd rather click than prompt, there's a full app too.
Two early customers, in their words: - "I'm running all of my GTM in Codex using Pancake." Pierre-Alexandre, CEO of Kinro - "One Pancake Play replaced all our inbound tools." Adi, co-founder of AgentMail
What's the first GTM idea you'd deploy? We're here all day.
Congrats on the launch! Can’t wait to use this. I’m curious—if every company in the world used Pancake for GTM, what do you think would distinguish one marketing plan from another?
@annerjiao Thank you! The tools might be the same, but each company brings its own product, audience, positioning, and voice. That’s what the GTM Brain captures. Pancake helps you execute, but your understanding of your customers and what makes you different still matters 🥞
@qchuret Thank you Quentin! Yes, Pancake works great for solo founders and small side projects too :) It’s mainly focused on B2B. What are you working on? 🥞
These guys clearly take attention harvesting seriously.
Agents are only as useful as the context and tools they have. Pancake gives Claude, Codex, or your favorite agent a GTM Brain that knows your business, plus the data providers and sending infrastructure to actually launch campaigns.
Their ambition is to become the Vercel for GTM: describe what you want to try, and your agent has the infrastructure to make it happen. 🥞
@chrismessina Hahaha guilty 😂 Thanks for hunting us Chris!! The next challenge involves a lot more pancakes and a lot less altitude 🥞 Will you join us for that one?
Your agent can build your product. We built Pancake so it can help you find your next customers too.
Give Pancake your website and it builds your GTM Brain: your ideal customers, positioning, competitors, and more. Then use Pancake, Claude, or Codex to find relevant leads and run your GTM workflows.
We’ve worked hard on this, with a lot of testing, honest user feedback, and rebuilding along the way. Huge thanks to everyone who helped shape it ❤️
We even jumped out of a plane for the launch. Answering your questions here should be less stressful 🪂
Give it a try and tell us what you think!

@tricomte The AI-powered GTM approach looks promising. How much setup is required for a new user ?
@bengeekly If you mean your Claude/Codex subscription, yes, you can keep using that for the agent :) Pancake itself runs in the cloud: your agent connects through MCP to use the Brain, data and sending tools. You still need a Pancake plan for that infrastructure, and the app and MCP share the same credits. So you can work from your usual agent, but Pancake isn't fully local.
Is local mainly a privacy thing for you, or more about keeping everything in your own setup?
@alchemist_studio Good question! Credits cover the research and data used to find and qualify leads. Ballpark: around 100–500 credits of research per lead, depending on how narrow the audience is. Finding a work email is another 50 credits, only if we find one.
Building Plays, writing messages and replies don't use credits. The $99 plan includes 60,000 credits/month, so roughly 120–600 researched leads before email lookups. You see an estimate before running a search, so you know what you're spending :)
Curious, would you rather budget this in credits, or think in terms of a cost per qualified lead?

@tricomte Congrats on the relaunch Tristan! are most people using it through Claude or the app so far?
@aryan_thakore it's 50/50 actually but those using it through Claude & Codex have 5x more usage than the other users.
@guillaume_marquis3 I see, it looks promising, I'll definitely give it a try!
@aryan_thakore go for it! -> pancake.ai
@tricomte Big congrats for the relaunch!
@tricomte @dragos_roua1 Thank you!
@tricomte @dragos_roua1 thanks man !
@tricomte thanks for the message, we love using Pancake on Pancake !!

@annerjiao that would be a nice problem to have for us haha
Congrats on the Launch Pancake team !
What kind of company does it target ? Like is Pancake suitable for solo-preneur starting some small side project business ideas ? :)
@qchuret Thank you Quentin! Yes, Pancake works great for solo founders and small side projects too :) It’s mainly focused on B2B. What are you working on? 🥞
@qchuret 100%, feel free to give it a try and give us feedback
The first time I met the Pancake team, they cold-messaged me until I replied.
Then they jumped out of a plane for their launch video on X.

@dipanshu_kushwaha5 the brain can be fully setup in 7min on average
@tricomte @dipanshu_kushwaha5 literally it's just putting a URL and let the magic do the rest
@mvaxelaire and we're addicted to you 🫦
@mvaxelaire thanks, early believers !!
Does it run locally and on my subscription model ?
