Nailed the use case, I see many managers struggling with all round questions to ask and managing a separate confluence wiki for every 1-1. This is a 10x improvement.

I have been working as a manager for more than 3 years and was struggling a lot with managing my team performance and aligning them. I have been using excel to record meetings and actionables but it was not really working out as there was a lack of visibility and structure to it.
