As a VC, I have talked to so many entrepreneurs who want a solution for people management and employee engagement in remote situation! This is a must have tool for anyone facing the issue. Super sleek UI/UX, and deeply thought through product from a middle manager / senior manager perspective. Disclaimer: We are small early investors and minority shareholders.

I have been working as a manager for more than 3 years and was struggling a lot with managing my team performance and aligning them. I have been using excel to record meetings and actionables but it was not really working out as there was a lack of visibility and structure to it.
