The problem with invoked feedback is that it has Hawthorne Effect written all over it.
I think you should try to aim for pseudorandom feedback from the actual customer audience.
The viewers shouldn't know that you're behind the product, they should lack any sort of context, this is how you surface true unadultered opinion. For example "Hey Joey, I was thinking about investing in this idea... this company out of Finland does X."
the feedback you'll get back is far more critical and true.
