Plutio - One app to manage your entire small business 🎉

I use Plutio daily to organise my tasks. I love the white labelling feature which turns Plutio into a customers' portal. Leo and Dovydas are on the ball, rolling out one feature after another. Let's say is one of those app that you need in your virtual arsenal :) Great work guys, keep rocking.

This is an awesome freelancer service management tool that can be used through all the steps of a business lifecycle (proposals, contracts, project management, communication, file management, etc.). Its a all-in-one package with improvements being added every month. It is still not very mature, but it is being developed with close participation of its strong community. Highly recommended.

I've been using Plutio since day one and I'll definitely keep on using it since it is growing to the positive direction where the features promised are being delivered accordingly and with a very little learning curve needed.

The Dev's Support is also remarkable despite the on going development and I think this is what is needed from any Dev in handling users with different level of understanding.

The UI is also intuitive with some room for improvement of course, but overall, the experience has been good for my entire team and clients so far.

Looking forward to see where the App will go next and I'm looking forward to have a full functionality of Project Management Features as well anytime soon. But as a Business Management Tools, it is savvy and handy already!

My Company is a startup and I am a Full-Stack Developer, I always wanted to build my own CRM and Project Management System. I built something but did not have time to complete it. I Still remember the 1st day I started using Plutio. I just wanted to try and see if it works for me. BOOOOOOM! Its Like LEO was reading people's mind. Plutio has a very simple but yet powerful interface, I knew they had a lot of things in the RoadMap and fixing bugs as they come. I did face some issues in the beginning and I use to Bug Leo to fix them..hahaha.. & he does fix it promptly. They have a good community on Facebook and I love when they announce new features and enhancements. It's like a party :D Now! They are in Product Hunt! I really wish they will be able to Bring up a Dashboard and more features soon and hit all their completion in the market. All the best to Leo & Team. Leo and the Plutio team have done a continually amazing job. I wouldn't consider using anything else.

This is a great product with a great team. I'm moving my business to it now, even though it's not quite ready with all the features we want. The reason I'm doing this is that they are evolving, responsive & they have vision. This is what you want in an app company.

Plutio is one of the best project management tools for small businesses (and I have tried everything from Asana to Zoho). Projects are multi-lane kanban boards with cards that can be delegated, tagged, commented, include sub-tasks and different types of custom fields. Enough freedom to shape Plutio to fit to any kind of process or workflow. In one project, cards can be tasks that you drag from stage to stage. Another one can help you to brainstorm and organize different blog post ideas. You can use tasks to generate invoices and let your customers pay through Paypal or Stripe. But what makes this tool really special is the developer and his team. They have an insane talent for clean and beautiful UI and listen to every feature request. Support is very responsive and all bugs that I reported were fixed in just a couple of hours. If you have outgrown Trello or Asana and you don't want to switch to an overwhelming mess like Confluence or Open Project, Plutio is a fantastic choice. Also, great features are on the roadmap that will allow you to take more and more of your planning and communication into Plutio.

What started as a simple kanban board became one of the most important tools that we use on a day-to-day basis. From working with clients, assigning projects to contractors, and sending proposals. It’s literally all we use for doing everything. This includes: - Creating a map of our plans - Employee onboarding - Project templates ...and more! Plutio came at a time when we were stuck gluing different apps, like Trello, Asana, etc and the workflow for “productivity” didn’t end up being as productive as it seemed anymore. So glad they came, now we manage everything in one place for our business. —- Super excited when 3rd party integrations come in! It would become a total game changer! @Leo any chance you can let everyone know when?
