We are currently using Trello + Gitlab + FB Work chat for all our communication. Thats bit messy for us. So we are planning to shif to something like this. All in one.
We plan checked various tool and found Microsoft Team to be good alternative and we see this is bit similar to them.
So can you put up pointers why Plutio and not Microsoft Team?
+ MS Team is free till 300 Users we are just 15.
@evivz many Plutiopions have switched from Microsoft Team to Plutio! We have not personally tried it so can't compare, but you maybe able to ask our community of 2000 users? Search Plutio community on facebook 🙌
Plutio has revolutionized how my company runs and fictions. We use Plutio for all our clients and we've have nothing but praise about the great benefit it's brought to our workflows.
Pros:
Amazing product that is CONSTANTLY improved!
Cons:
Early stages of invoicing.

Wow, so I wrote this massive review, and then when I went to highlight some text, in the review pop-up, it exited the area, and I lost the whole thing.
Way to be ProductHunt! :/
Long Story short, on Plutio, is that it's not worth it unless you already have a client base, and a team.
I've tried using it, multiple times, for different projects, and it becomes work just to use the tool, often times.
As my Agency increases in all areas, though, I do need something, like this, so that everyone can stay organized.
As just one dude, for a long time, dealing with a handful of clients at a time, something like this is total overkill, but with more clients, and a couple staff, then yeah, this is something I need to start using more.
The work you put into the organizational system marginalizes your losses in other areas, and keeps everything working smoothly, when you've got a lot on your plate.
Just this past month, I had major communication issues with a client, and it cost everyone a lot of time and money, to keep things on track.
Communication and Organization is easily the biggest problem between clients and contractors.
With a nice Dashboard, like this, it really makes things 10x easier.
The Plutio Roadmap has some good things coming up, and it's getting better and better.
So, I do think this tool is a worthwhile investment, overall, but only if you're doing business at a level where an individual can no longer handle everything by themselves.
Pros:
Great Design & UI
Cons:
Missing Features & Retainer Pricing

Awesome product + awesome founder / community!
If you are looking for a great App which combines all your needs in one - get Plutio. Im happy to be part of the process of the last months. The team behind Plutio is really passionate about it and improved a lot, fixed bugs and rolled out new features to make it better and better.
We are all looking forward on how Plutio will be in the next month. And im sure it will be great.
Also a big thumb up for the support and community management of Leo Bassam, the founder. The perfect example how to integrate the users/customers into the whole process of improving Plutio.
@simononsafari Thank you so much for the support Simon! We're so glad to have you part of our journey 🙌🙌😍

Leo Bassam is the key behind Plutio - without him the product would be stagnant. He's got a huge dream and since the soft launch last year, has been crazy dedicated towards it. Though Plutio does have its little drawbacks (and by little I mean *little*), it's a great tool for freelancers who are still starting out and need something "good enough" to run their business. I have no doubt that, given enough time, Plutio will be on par with the big boys in the market. Get in while its still early.
Pros:
Constantly evolving and improving at a rapid rate, despite already having covered most bases.
Cons:
Not as polished as other tools. Then again, this is intended as an all-in-one so don't compare apples to farms.

This has been one of my favorite apps I picked up!!! Customer Service is beyond amazing, response time, and development of the app and features regularly. My Favorite Investment!
