Plutio - One app to manage your entire small business 🎉

I moved all my project and team management from Trello over to Plutio and I love it. I even have some clients who use it to collaborate on their projects. I still miss one or two things from Trello, but I love Plutio and it just keeps getting better!

Plutio support is excellent and very responsive and the rate of development is exceptional. Leo and is team are all-in and committed to seeing Plutio grow into an indispensable app for business management and that gives me a sense of security in the product.

Stoked to see Plutio on PH and looking forward to seeing it grow!

Leo is a genius and the dedication he’s put towards developing this product is staggering. Plutio is excellent and it’s exciting to see where this will go.

I have been using this tool for around a year now and I am highly impressed with the attention to detail in updates and the rapid pace of overall development! Leo is always on hand to answer questions and support his users! There are a few more features that need to be released but when they are, it truly will be the all-in-one tool that was promised!

I have been using Plutio for a while now. It is a very valuable tool, thats improving as we go along. Unlimited projects. Perfect tasks system to work with an entire team, or just one client per project. Calendar option for tasks, great overviews. Timesheets, invoices and proposals. Whitelabel to integrate seamlessly in your business. Jump on the Plutio-wagon now you can, you wont be sorry you did.

It needs a bit more development to be able to make it even more perfect. Better filesystem, better proposals, better inbox. But these are coming in the next weeks. (!) Did I mention they have great support?

If they add iDeal support along the way, I would be even more pleased. :)

Been using this for the past few days and honestly one of the best tools I’ve come across over the past few days. We’re internally already switched from using Basecamp and Trello to Plutio & are looking to get rid of our proposal and contracts software next. The Plutio team and community is beyond amazing and can guarantee that this will go far!

Great platform worth checking out and supporting.

Slow to load, but improving.

Each quarter it keeps getting better and better. I can't wait to move more of my cilent interactions into Plutio. I've already moved my invoicing, client portal and projects into Plutio. Having too many platforms for clients to log into is not ideal for creating a great experience, which is what I want to do for my clients.

Pros:

Such a beautifully executed platform + the hyper-responsive Plutio Team for listening and creating a platform that feels personalised to us.

Cons:

There are some missing features like recurring invoices, API, and a Dropbox Paper alternative but they're all on the roadmap! :)
