I do not have familiarity with using a tool like this, so it took me a bit to get the hang of it. If you live in the world of organized projects, invoices, clients and tasks to be done - this is the tool for you.
Pros:
Really useful for managing tasks and projects
Cons:
A learning curve

Plutio has an ever-evolving set of features, and an active support community. It's founders are actively engaged in the community, and that's a big plus. New intelligent features are released consistently, and there seems to be a bright future ahead of Plutio.
Pros:
Plutio is a very useful app that can replace your to-do or project management
software. It's an Asana or Trello alternative.
Cons:
None so far.

Overall, I've really enjoyed my experience with Plutio and highly recommend it to others. It has just about everything I could need or want when it comes to managing items and project management. I really like the ability to create the different projects, invite clients, etc. The whole platform is attractive and relatively easy to use. I especially like the white label and the ability to integrate the platform with my existing website so that clients are getting a very tailored experience (I'd prefer the affiliate link be removed from this white label as well, but that's minor).
My only big complaints have to do with the chat and notifications. I'd like to see a chat option that more like a messenger than what's offered currently - the current one is a bit clunky and not intuitive. I'd also like the notifications to be set up so that I can be notified whenever a change has been made to an issue or a project, etc. Various layers for the notifications. Current notifications aren't always consistent in what I receive.
For feature ideas, I'd like to see the issues/tasks be assigned IDs so they're easier to reference (just a simple number or a value that we can input ourselves).
Pros:
Robust, all-in-one, quick to pick up, whitelabel
Cons:
Chat is lacking, notifications aren't great

Love the product for its simplicity, but haven't been able to fully migrate to it because it lacks integrations with core parts of my workflow. For example, it has it's own "task list" and calendar, but doesn't integrate with Google (or any) Calendar (which I use for all business and personal scheduling) or any task management tools.
As such, the calendar inside of Plutio doesn't reflect any of my existing appointments, and really isn't useful on its own. And because the tasks aren't synced with any of my task/todo management tools, I can't easily prioritize the Plutio task list in relation to any other tasks.
Good start, but still has a ways to go before its useful to me, and I suspect many others in similar situations.
Pros:
Easy to use, clean interface, responsive support team
Cons:
Very freelancer-focused - has proposals and invoices while missing (IMHO) core integrations like calendar/scheduling, crm/email tracking etc

This is a product that got me to change the way I do business. This has helped organize me, my team, and as a result we have seen growth and increasing ROI since we've started using Plutio. It's leadership is unmatched by any other tool or business I've worked with. Can't say enough great things about this product.
We are doing our best to improve our mobile apps, thank you for your patience!

Plutio has been a great asset to my workflow and a pleasure to use. The team and Leo have always been responsive and friendly. Wish the best for them and Plutio. π
Pros:
Great management tool and wonderful team!
Cons:
May take longer than other tools to learn, however, itβs because it is feature rich!
We will do our best to enhance the time it takes to learn how to use Pluito! Any tips will greatly help :)

I have been using Plutio for almost a year, since it was just a task manager that barely functioned. In the last year I have watched the developers perform miracles, rolling out frequent updates to address stability, speed, and functionality. I now use Plutio for project management, invoicing, client onboarding, and proposals. I am constantly amazed by the team behind Plutio and I believe they are worth betting on in a big way.
Pros:
SImple, fast, and extensive. This is an app you'll use every single day, multiple times a day. It will impress your customers, too.
