Plutio - One app to manage your entire small business 🎉

I use this for project management and invoicing. I love it, being able to do that in one app. The only thing I have real trouble with is turning my hours into invoices easily, there aren't many options and it isn't intuitive. But Leo is awesome and is constantly improving the app, which is great and one of the main reasons I stick around.

Pros:

Great for everyday use, responsive staff

Cons:

Some features need ironing out

Leo has really been delivering on his promise and the platform just gets better and better every month. There's an active Facebook Community and if you have a genuine use case that can be of benefit to others Leo has already demonstrated that he'll do his best to make Plutio work for you. It's very customisable and feature rich.

Pros:

Awesome founder making regular improvements. Flexible and customisable all rounder.

Cons:

No native mobile apps yet (there are mobile apps). Native ones will load a little faster when the time comes. For now it's all online.

I have used Plutio for my business for around 6 months, having moved from Asana and I can say I have mixed feelings. Leo the founder is really responsive and committed to making this a great app and that is very reassuring.

Plutio is work in progress and progress is fast, they push updates and new features all the time and it should not be long before this product becomes a category leader.

Advanced Project Management like sending tasks via email to projects (Asana Free plan) would really make this tool work from your email inbox, hopefully its a feature that would be added soon.

Cons:

- Mobile apps dont work offline, cant add thoughts, notes, tasks while on the airplane :(

- lacks email tasks to projects/ team members

Best all in one I've used

I've used Plutio for several months and I'm amazed how interactive the founder is with the community. They are constantly launching updates and making the process easier. They listen to their community!

Pros:

Great communication and awesome customer support.

Cons:

Bugs. sometimes (that's with every new platform). But the team always addresses them quickly.

Plutio is a great online tool for supporting the full lifecycle of a freelancing business. The tool is backed by a strong community and its founder, Leo, is very passionate about hearing his customers.

Pros:

It has a broad range of features for freelancers and businesses alike.

It is very intuitive, customisable and a joy to use.

Cons:

Not very mature.

Any plans on an API or Zapier integration? These would make signing up a no-brainer for me and my team.

Plutio helps me manage and organize multiple clients/jobs at once and replaces dozens of sticky notes all over my desk.

I'd like to see a Chrome extension or sticky notifications- for example, I frequently forget to go back to the site and stop my time clock. Super cool would be the option of it popping when user selected programs are opened. i.e. open Photoshop- Plutio asks to start time clock.

Pros:

easy to use, templates make repeated projects easy, time tracking makes sure I get paid for every hour

Cons:

template loads occasionally lag, easy to forget
