Plutio - One app to manage your entire small business 🎉

We've been using Plutio for the past week and have seen a huge benefit in our business, our Dev and Designer have been collaborating much more than they did on Basecamp and we have already moved 5 projects into Plutio and not on Trello or Basecamp.

We're even looking at getting rid of our proposal and contract software and using the in-built features within Plutio.

This is definitely something that could go very far!

Pros:

Easy to use, feature-rich, They constantly make updates & listen to suggestions. Huge increase in productivity in our team. Great community.

Cons:

Non as of yet! Just want to keep seeing new features and updates which I know are coming.

Been using for almost a year now. Few bumps & bugs along the way (prior to launch) but this product has grown so much in the last year. It's amazing! Highly recommend!

Great platform! Getting even better all the time. We use it to run our website design business.

Few bugs along the way prior to launch. Nothing too big. All in all, great owner with a great product. Very ambitious!!

Loving it! Just waiting for the API and integrations area to be developed in order to integrate it with other interesting tools (ERPs, CMRs, etc.) Totally recommended!

I started using Plutio for one of my teams 8 months ago and for another team about 3 months ago. The platform has continued to evolve and improve. It has been helpful for me as the team lead to keep everything organized, to present to others our current progress on projects, and even to have a bit of fun with the team members. Pre-launch development on Plutio has been brisk. Leo has a firm vision for the platform, but remains open to feedback & suggestions. As @aymanalbarbary has stated, Leo is absolutely amazing as the public face of Plutio full of energy, personality, drive, passion, and ability. I intend to use Plutio to manage & coordinate the work for any team that I lead and manage. As features continue rolling out & feature elaboration continues, Plutio will meet more and more of my needs, and I'm all the happier for it!

I have tried what feels like every task and project management software under the sun but Plutio is the first one to be flexible enough to adapt to my workflow instead of forcing me to adapt to the software's. The team is amazingly commited to their product and their users and seeing how much they improved Plutio from late last year to today and what is still on the roadmap, I doubt I'll ever have to try another task and project manager again.

Pros:

Amazingly responsive development team, delivering new features on a regular basis. These guys mean business. *Your* business. :)

Cons:

Spoiled by the responsiveness of the developers, waiting for new features to be delivered can be quite a challenge.

Plutio has been the dream solution I've been looking for! No more hopping from one app to another, everything is in one place making it easier for me and my team to manage all pieces. Plutio is a MUST for any successful business AND Leo and his team are AMAZING! They have been communicating with us throughout the build, asking for user feedback and providing more value than we could have ever asked for. I will never leave Plutio!

I started using this several months ago and thought it was OK but not great at that point. HOWEVER, it's been updated constantly over those months with all the bugs fixed and TONS of features added, but not in a way that makes it tough to follow. I use Monday as well with another client and prefer Plutio. It's a better and more capable app. Monday seems more like a glorified spreadsheet. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
