Popwork is a game changer for teams! I couldn't manage my team without it. Each week, I know where my team members stand (mood, workload, achievements, roadblocks, etc.): I can easily prepare for my 1:1 meetings and follow up efficiently after the conversation. Popwork also helps me track objectives and develop my teams members through regular step-back conversations. As manager, I also get continuous insights on my team and management tips which helps me improve as team leader ✌️
