Stripe Build Day London 🇬🇧. Highlights, Takeaways & Ice Cream 🍦

Still feels unreal. A couple of weeks back, I shared how we interviewed with Stripe during their Build Day event in London 🤩.

What a day. Full of ideas, conversations, and… yes, ice cream 🍦.

The highlight?

Discovering that someone had recommended Pretty Prompt the day before at another event 😮.

From learning about Stripe’s latest updates (we use it for our billing) to connecting with other founders, this event was a perfect mix of learning and building.

Stripe’s story is super inspirational. Founded by two young Irish brothers, originally called “/dev/payments,” it focused on “payments for developers.”

Proof that simplicity wins when you’re solving a real pain point (regardless of your company name!)
