Three years ago, I put together a website where I listed down all the resources that helped me learn product design. I could've never imagined that this website would go on to become the #1 product of the day on Product Hunt and help thousands (if not millions) to learn product design from the internet. A lot has changed over the past three years for me but I'm still as eager and curious to learn more about design – I keep curating the best of resources. With nothing but love and support from the community, I'm launching the new version of Product Disrupt today. Here's what you get with 2.0: ✨ Fresh new design The new design lets the resources to stand out and makes it easier for you to navigate through it. πŸ“ 16 resource categories I've added 16 new resource categories with fresh curation of blogs, newsletters, podcasts, makers & more… πŸ’Œ Dedicated about & newsletter pages With dedicated pages, I've shared the story behind this project and a little something about the maker, that's me. πŸ“² Improved navigation This new design makes the content easier to consume across all screen sizes. Feel free to ask any questions by commenting here or sending me a DM on Twitter. I won't bite, I promise :) P. S. Check out the Makers category to see some familiar faces πŸ˜ƒ

@weirdowizard Darshan, congrats, it looks legit, loved the improved design. I have a couple of questions: 1. Is there an option to submit or propose a link? 2. Will the newsletter released weekly? Or monthly? And finally a suggestion: in the mobile version, would be great if the top menu can be hidden when you scroll down, that way you will have more space to read ;)

@juanpablosarmi Thanks a lot for your feedback, Juan. 1. I don't have an option at this time but feel free to reach out with recommendation on Twitter or dg [at] darshangajara [dot] com 2. The newsletter is half-monthly (twice a month). If things go well, I would look to make it weekly. That's great feedback about the mobile nav, would look to implement this.

@weirdowizard Thank so much! Looks great :))

Congrats for the new version. I only have a bad critique to it. Where are the best designer/makers/entrepreneurs women?
Darshan Gajara
@julia_giuliangeli thanks for your comment, Julia. I understand that I haven't featured many women in those categories. It's only because I haven't been following many women designers & makers, which isn't a conscious decision. I have been very genuine with my curation on the website and have only featured those whose work has inspired or helped me over the years. If I feature something or someone only for the sake of it, then it would be a disservice to my curation in my opinion. That said, I'm definitely looking to follow more women and be inspired by their work. Please feel free to recommend some names that I should be looking at.

This is a really valuable resource! I'll be diving into a lot of these links that I have not come across before. However, I feel really let down by the sections highlighting "designers" and "makers" because those are entirely sections of men. Would love to see non-men on that list as well!
