Pros:

Great UX, cool support, nice roles

Cons:

a bit laggy when you have a lot of data

I've tried everything on the market and ProductBoard is the ONLY one that has stuck. I live in it every day. I've got Zapier zaps sucking in feedback from all over the place, and now with the Feedback Portal they unveiled, I'm able to provide transparency internally without frying non-dev non-designers minds with making them go into Jira (or even Trello I've found is TMI/confusing for people).

Pros:

Best way to ingest customer feedback and map it to features/roadmap.

Cons:

I wish I had the ability to spin up multiple instances of the Feedback Portal (internally facing & public/user facing)

Congratulations Hubert! Love the product .. have been using it for a few months now and had a few feature requests which were addressed. The addition of the portal is a great move and something I was thinking I needed for my service only this week so will be checking it out.

One of my favorite apps in my toolkit.

Pros:

Clean, minimal but highly effective, intercom integration is killer. Transformed our product planning process.

Cons:

No way to manage multiple roadmaps, all products must exist on one "board"
