I am building FitCheck. A Shopify app that enables Virtual Try-On for online fashion stores. We did a PH launch for fun too. (didn't promote or get hunted, it was purely a fun launch)


Who are we looking for?
Instead of telling you who we are looking for, I'll tell you where we are stuck from "becoming a unicorn". If you find any of the operation to your liking or 'something that you are good at' - then go ahead and HMU (not looking for any fancy degree/ experience, all we look for is ownership, you take a task, you see it thru the end)

  • Product Design: We built something basic (MVP which is theme agnostic) -> You should get your hands dirty, talk to our customers, design something outrageously simple, and make them go nuts!

  • Outreach (marketing, content, sales): TBH we are having our hands full at this point in sourcing leads, running unique email campaigns, building a small product-led growth app, communicating with YouTubers and Newsletters for promotion, filming content, managing the SM profiles etc.

  • AI Development (not something we are looking for right now, but it would be cool to stay in touch): VTON based AI development - apparel layering, size analysis with pictures, VTON based on size etc.

Where is FitCheck heading to?

We envision FitCheck to be a industry standard app/plugin for all online clothing stores. The future of online apparel will be molded by VTON, and FitCheck aims to be the pioneer for this tech. A more closer timeline: FitCheck aims for a revenue based business scaling, whilst accelerators and VCs are added advantages.

I'm a product designer with over six years' experience, following a broader 11-year design journey that began in graphic and motion design. I currently work at one of the world’s largest insurance companies, solving complex user problems at scale.

Few achievements, I helped deliver open banking to over 12 million users in the fintech space when it was an issue building trust with users in this space. My work has also been featured in film festivals, award shows, television networks. On the side, I create mobile games with KWABI GAMES and iOS apps — including cKALARMe, a personal social, virtual wardrobe app designed to generate outfits for users based on their existing wardrobe and encourage users to be more sustainable.

I’m now expanding the platform with cKALARMe FIT, a Chrome extension that uses users data to help shop more confidently online — reducing returns and tackling waste in fashion retail. I believe I will revolutionise online shopping with this product. www.ckalarme.com
