@marta_mamyan Thank you Marta :) Regarding the customers, we provide portal and widget, which can be used to collect insights and feedback. We also have integrations with Slack and Intercom, which can be used to collect insights from customers. Regarding the competitors, we provide automatic competitor analysis, which tracks changes in pricing, changes in features and marketing activities such as pay-per-click advertising, search engine optimization, social media marketing, and much more.
