@isha_varma07 We kept that in mind when building Leanbe. It's hard to distinguish between the feature but I personally stand by the AI scoring and automatic competitor analysis. Again, all features are great but those two are my personal favorites. Please, let me know once you check the product and have any more questions or comments.

Thanks Mary for your support and questions! That's one the score modifiers which is calculated by comparing the values given in the personas section, with the actual demographics and behavior of your customers.

@baboyan_mary Thank you for the kind words and the question. All customers have their own scores which later affects the whole prioritization process on Leanbe. The score itself also depends on the persona compatibility, i.e. the higher the compatibility, the higher the score. So, on Leanbe you can create several personas by setting the details such as the country, age, gender, job title, income, etc. If the customers match the data of the predefined persona - then they will have a higher score. Please, let me know if I was able to clear this up for you or more details are needed.
