Have you thought of implementing incentives to keep the sites blocked? Rn nothing prevents users from unblocking the sites so it comes down to the amount of "mental power" the users have? Or alternatively punishments, like if you access a site when you shouldnt, you will lose a specific deposit of money etc. Great initiative :)
