Best
I used to use other apps to keep bookmarks, but typically didn't bother to check them again - probably something made me not want to re-visit them. Typically, the issue was that I had to search and sort and waste a lot of time. With Raindrop it's a pleasure to bookmark. I'm very pleasantly surprised.
Pros:
Super Slick // Enables me to organize bookmarks well and in a pleasant manner
Cons:
Haven't had any issues.

The best bookmarks manager I've tried so far!
However, as others have already pointed out, customer support doesn't seem to work... I'm a PRO user and I asked a question about integration with Dropbox a few days ago (contact form on https://raindrop.helpscoutdocs.com) and haven't received any reply. I've managed to connect Dropbox but the folder is empty so I was just asking how the Dropbox integration works.

Did you get a response @formfranska? I like the product and an considering upgrading mainly for the Dropbox export feature. I've mailed them to ask how it works (I guess it's an automated version if the manual HTML export you get with the free version?) and also to see if their support has improved ;-)
Love it, evolving again, makes me happy, a key component of my digital information ecosystem
Pros:
iTunes-like for bookmarks, practical different views
Cons:
still some UI glitches, but will be fixed I guess

I used to subscribe to Pocket Premium but I now replaced it with Raindrop.io 😊
Pros:
It’s now possible to add tags on iOS (in Safari) too which is great. I wasn’t able to do that before.
Cons:
Used to be that I wasn’t able to add tags in iOS (in Safari) but that works fine now. Can’t find anything to complain about.

Great replacement for instapaper.
Pros:
Works well
Cons:
Browser extensions should be updated.

Finally, something to replace the empty void left from the loss of Kippt 😄

I just bought the pro version and was about to install the browser extension for Mac Safari but stopped when I spotted in the Safari extension manager (Safari>Preferences>Extensions) that if installed, Raindrop.io has permissions to ".. read sensitive information from webpages, including passwords, phone numbers and credit cards on all webpages".
Obviously a major concern. Is this really the case?
