Raindrop.io 3.0 - Smart bookmark manager

Been using it for a week now (the latest version) and it's fantastic! I love the cross-platform syncing (with Pro), and I can finally consolidate my Evernote, Pocket, and multi-browser bookmarks toolset. Now no matter what browser I use (Brave which has no syncing at this time), or mobile phone (if I switch from iOS or Android), or between my work MacBook or personal home PC, I have everything in one place! The current version has sub-collections (essentially nested folders), which is a must for me. As a bonus, I used a Zapier integration with Pocket, in case I still save an article using Pocket. So it just gets added to my "Unread" collection in Raindrop! I was also able to get rid of a ton of duplicate bookmarks from two separate Chrome accounts (work & personal), as well as having it find and remove broken links.

I have concerns regarding privacy, especially when it comes to their browser extensions. Does anyone have an opinion on it? Also came across a link that did not inspire much confidence: https://www.reddit.com/r/privacy...

I love the ease and intuitive nature of using this bookmark manager. I really hope that they improve their customer support! I submitted an issue & question a few months ago and it took about a month for someone to get back to me. A designated CS person at this point would be a wise investment. The product works really well and is the best type of bookmark manager i've ever used (I love how it predicts the tags you are typing in and autocompletes when you hit enter before you're finished typing). I'm really considering upgrading to pro!
