The biggest question for me would be privacy and permissions especially when multiple people work on sensitive matters. How granular are the access control between lawyers staff and individual matters?
@prince__kumar Good question. Access works by roles, and agents only see what their user can see. Every action is logged with a name on it. Per-matter access is coming, it's the top ask from bigger firms. Happy to show it on a demo.
Love that this bundles intake, deadlines, and billing prep instead of making firms stitch together 5 different tools. How's it handling conflict-of-interest checks when a firm brings on a new client?
@alexgulid@yelyzaveta_kibets Yes, it re-checks. You can add a party to a matter later and the ai agent runs against the same screen. A match flags the matter for review.
The email workflows caught my eye because so much legal work happens through email. Automating the repetitive parts could free up time for the actual case work.
@edward_paul3 We checked this before building: email eats more time than anything else in a small firm. More than intake, more than data entry. That's why setup starts from lawyers' inbox.

@dzianis_yatsenka Thank you so much!
Love the UI and polish, would love to refer you to some friends in my network!

@adithyaanilkumar Thanks, glad it landed. Referrals are the way most of our beta firms found us. Affiliate program lives here if you'd like one: referent.law/affiliate-program
Thank you @alexgulid , already shared!

@yelyzaveta_kibets Runs during intake. The agent asks for the parties before the matter opens, and any matches come back on the card you approve.

@alexgulid Intake is earlier than I'd have put it, I'd have run the check at the end. Does it re-check when a party gets added later?

@alexgulid @gproduct That was the gap I was picturing. Thanks for spelling it out.
The client intake feature caught my attention. Reducing the back-and-forth at the start of a case could save lawyers a lot of time.

@athar_jatoi That's the part beta firms noticed first. Answers go straight into the matter, no retyping.

@edward_paul3 Email is where most of it hides. Threads get filed to the right matter and the routine replies get drafted. You still hit send.
