@james_afino We do a permanent installation so that your backyard home can be included in an appraisal alongside your existing home. Since we build to all of the latest CA building codes most backyard homes we build will actually outlast your existing home!

@ugur2nd that's the whole idea! land in California has gotten to be super expensive and people don't realize how much income or other use they could get from their existing backyard!
