Here's how it works: You install the chatbot on your website, connect your knowledge base, choose an avatar (either your own or a default one), and set your goal—whether it's booking a meeting (the chatbot guides visitors to this action and schedules it in your linked calendar), starting a trial, or collecting contact information. In the AI Chat interface, you'll find the 'Contacts' tab, where all leads are stored for you to continue nurturing if they're not ready to buy. With just a click, you can import contacts to Reply Sequences and add them to an existing sequence or a new one.
