What if I have a few chats with the same customer on Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp or Email? Can you link the chat threads somehow? Btw, congrats with the launch!

@agamanyuk Hey Alexander, thank you! We are already working on the feature that will allow you to merge chats in multiple messengers into 1 personality. We don't have the email in Reply Now, focusing solely on messengers.

I've been using 'Reply Now' for a couple of weeks now. So far so good. Simplified the workflows of our support team, by keeping all messenges together. Also, I would love to see Whatsapp in the product.

Pros:

Useful functionality to have a clear visibility on the leads and convenient way to manage incoming inquiries in messengers

Cons:

Sometimes UI is not that obvious

@vadym_sapozhnykov Hey Vad, unfortunately the messengers won't let us use personal account via their API. Only business accounts, for now.
