@justin_tomlinson according to the site when i signed up it says I could take part in a free trial with no credit card required. So i clicked the $39 one but then took me to that payment process and wont allow me to move past without entering that information…

@sentry_co @kjosephabraham Thanks for the reply Joseph - I am going to reply to both of your messages here. Vision for the future is to continue to keep building out our features and add more networks to make this a truly one stop shop for anyone needing help with social media management. This started out as a project to create an affordable social media management software that has all the features the enterprise softwares the enterprise level products do. As we started building out the AI features we developed the system that allows us to make suggestions that are actually related to your brand, we realized this could benefit far more people. Every other software I’ve used has you start from a library of templates are prompt that can be adapted to many businesses. We found away to get around this which results in a significantly faster time creating your content - and also significantly lowered the amount of experience you need to create an impactful social media strategy. We’ve kept building with everyone in mind, so you can utilize as much or as little of the AI as you’d like as its still a functioning social media management software. As far as the response, so far it has been tremendous. We’ve had some incredible people using the app and working with us to get things right. It started out how we expected, it was hard to get initial users who wanted to help develop something, especially professional social media managers who aren’t the most accepting when you ask them to tools to perform a job they’re excellent at. As we developed, everyone got more excited across the board. The SMMs realized the ideas we suggested were good and sped up their creative process, and then we built it out to where people without any experience in marketing could use it. It’s been a fantastic experience and I’ve really enjoyed working with everyone. This launch is our first time opening up to the public, and I intend to keep the same form of open communications. If you have an idea or a suggestion, let us know and we’ll work with you on building it. After all, that’s how we got to where we are now. That’s also why we are offering the 90% startup discount for PH users today. We wouldn’t be here either if it weren’t for the members of this community and the guidance we’ve received here on building the business side of things. @zenda1122 That’s what we’re here for! We spent a lot of time developing a system that provides worthwhile ideas that are impactful for your brand. We have designed it to be as hands on or hands off as your prefer. The majority of our current customer base are seasoned social media managers running multiple client accounts. Most of them already have solid strategies, but they all admit the idea generation is extremely useful and helps them get to the end result significantly faster - especially after a long week. Are you creating content for yourself or for clients?

@ler_ws Great question Wilson. We have integrated a project management system into the platform. Team members can be assigned different roles, and assigned tasks inside of the projects. We’ve set it up so it can be somewhat flexible and set up with different purposes based on your needs. You can save strategies, ideas, and posts to different strategies as well as upload files to projects so you know exactly where to find them. Projects and tasks have a comment system as well as due dates to ensure everyone is on track. We have two different review systems. There is an internal review system that allows users to submit posts for admin review before being approved to post. The team member assigned to the project it’s on will be notified of any revisions. Our pro plans takes this a step further with white label approval links for client approval, as well as completely separate workspaces so you never have to worry about your media, posts, brand voices, etc. getting mixed up. We have a few ideas to keep expanding on this, but we are holding off until we get more feedback so we can build what’s best for our users. If anyone has suggestions to build upon this, please let us know!

@claytonwalker Thanks for clarifying! This is really cool, love the concept of applying project management to managing social media campaigns. I've used Metricool before (albeit not too deeply) but I can see this being a more effective approach for me if I'm managing campaigns.

@ler_ws I haven’t used metricool, but i’ve heard good things about it. I’ve used asana, monday, and scoro extensively. They have a lot of really cool features, as they should since thats their main purpose lol, but eventually we want to expand even further upon ours. But not to the point where we overbuild it. If you have any suggestions on what you like in a project management system let me know!

@justin_tomlinson @tonyhanded It’s been an extremely helpful feature for many. Compared to just starting with a template or base prompt - it gets you to the finish line significantly faster having to make less edits to everything.
