@iluzienl @tuffleuk see my post. They hike charges and implement new ones with absolutely no notice to customers. It's worse than Comcast - and to think it's a startup. Already acting like the incumbent.

@iluzienl With the partnerships we have, we earn a nominal fee from each and every transaction - paid to us by the merchants. We are continually working on evolving our platform, to add additional services, and will be looking to offer a B2B solution in the near future. I changed my phone number and I'm not able to access my Revolut account. I've reached to Revolut 7 times in the past 24hrs. Every single customer serv. rep keeps asking me for the same information I've provided 7 different times. They're not proactive and if you're stranded, you're pretty much out of luck because they will not reply. If they do, they frustrate you by asking questions you've already answered. In Revolut 2.0, you cannot see messages sent from the team. (This is for Android). The UX should include "receive password via email"

Do not use this service. They make costly changes to charges with zero notice. The first you heart about a change is when you log into the app. As an early adopter I can testify to the seriously crap customer service. I'm getting everyone I recommended this to off the service.

@paul__walsh Sorry to hear about your experience. We really appreciate any feedback, and would love to hear your thoughts on how we may improve the service. Regarding our fair usage policy, we have tried to be as transparent as possible. Several of the services we offer cost us severely, and therefore we have a fair usage policy in place on two specific services, ATM withdrawals, and USD debit card top-ups. The great thing is, for both of these services there is a FREE unlimited alternative, 1. Card spending is unlimited at the best rates in over 90 currencies, and 2. For loading/topping up in USD you can use a bank transfer - which again, we do not limit or charge for. Any other questions, feel free to reach out directly. Cheers!

Due to a bug in their chat software, it is impossible to get an account. A conversation ensued over Twitter in which they absolutely flatly refuse to call or be called. Transferwise and Centtrip don't seem to have any problem providing a customer support number.

Revolut customer service is awful. They are so slow to respond. If you are on holiday make sure you have a back up bank card. Don't expect Revolut to jump into action in an emergency, even if you are a premium account holder. Other than that they ok. But I will always keep a high street account for my deposits.
