Our team's task was to help the leading second-hand forklift dealer to migrate their online store from Magento 1 to Magento 2, avoiding data lost. The company wasn't satisfied with Magento 1 store performance, as it resulted in a low conversion rate.

Our solution: For data migration we used the official Magento Migration Tool. We have managed to migrate: 1. Product data (attributes, categories, manufacturers, reviews, ratings); 2. Clients information (orders, payments, invoices); 3. SEO setup (titles, descriptions, metadata, redirects etc.). Besides, we installed and configured the new design of their web-store and integrated Magento 2 Invoice Payment extension. As a result, 62% of additional site traffic was recorder; 35% of orders were received from Amazon and eBay; conversion rate increased on 60%.
