Love this idea - would be interested in hearing more about the difference between Roam and Remote Year. More location choices? Better accommodations? Obviously less of a commitment as you don't have to follow someone else's schedule.
@kr1stine_ haven't stayed with @gdcaplan 's @remoteyear , so I can't compare accommodation quality etc. Really like what they're doing though, guess the main difference is that roam allows you to put together your own itinerary, at your pace.
Which can be as much freedom as burden, so I guess it depends on what you're looking for.

I absolutely would pay for this. I can see how it makes sense too as long as people don't all want to be in the same couple of locations. Break even/lose money in some cities but make a lot more to even it out in cheaper locations.
This is definitely (probably) the future of business travel as the world becomes more globalized and digital. That said, kinda pricey if you don't travel more than an average amount of time. Will keep an eye out for it.
