Great concept! At that price point what's your target demo? This might be appealing to avid travelers/world-class backpackers, but probably not a casual traveler like myself. Any thoughts on expanding your services to accommodate a consumer like me?
I love this idea, and I would like to try Roam. I hope they can grow to scale the price down. I just returned from 2 months in Canggu, Bali (the beach alternative to Ubud). I spent about $1300 for really nice housing and solid coworking (shoutout to Dojo). That's only about $650 a month. On a budget, I can't see choosing Roam for myself quite yet. But I can see Roam delivering a higher quality experience that is worth paying more for in the future.

If there were a few more locations, I'd use this in a heartbeat, moving every six months. I don't know how they'll stabilize their income with all their roamers, but that's for the founder to figure out.
As community and experience is so important for Roam to work, have you thought on measure users trough ratings on their behavior? It would be a shame a very awful and hard-to-live person ruins others' experience. Maybe the sense of community will get strong if people feel that they can ban someone when they is really a problem.
I feel I would be a hard user of this if i weren't leading a startup, thinking it can become almost a retirement plant, I'm sure at that moment Roam will be something 100x awesome!
