Thanks @dariusz_chrzan and great to hear that Rock is working for you! We don't have a read mark on messages as we think it puts pressure on people to respond. For example, if you check your messages late at night just to stay on top of things and people know that you've read their message (and you know that they know :) you'll most likely reply back. Curious to hear what you think about this?

@kenzofong But when you work in a team and different continents and time zones it makes things easier. Suggest to add as options in system settings - I agree with notifications :).

@kenzofong Freelancers who are conducting several projects are hard to communicate with customers with Slack or email. They need to manage tasks separately for each project, and communicate with separate customers in each project. In my view, Rock seems to be more comfortable for collaboration. Though I'm not a freelancer now.
