I suggest to use it every sportsman. I remember myself when I had 2 training a day, and 2 plays on the weekend. I didn't listen my body. With this app you will understand yourself!

Have you considered integration with Emfit QS? Seems like an ideal set of users… @timofei_lipsky https://www.emfit.com

Damn! I was geeking out to try this, but I don't have an Apple Watch 4, just the 3. How many of the really great features will I miss out on?
Andrei Shaurko
@chaseth The main feature you will miss out is that feeling after having exercised at the right time 😃 The ECG delivers truly accurate assessment of training readiness divided into aerobic and anaerobic zones. Not only you can know WHEN to exercise, but also WHAT exercises are good for you at a given time.

Any way to disable/hide certain recommendations? Looks like a great app, but I'd prefer not to get sex tips and recommendations.
Artsiom Patapovich
@brandon_mcconnell Yes, We've planned this possibility for the future versions 😃

Cool! Does it work on apple watch 3?
Andrei Shaurko
@hachem_hachem sorry, but not ( The app requires ECG readings available only in Series 4
Andrei Vitkouski
@hachem_hachem Not only Apple Watch 3, many other devices provide data such as heart rate and variability, for example. The app works with it. But the EKG algorithm provides more accurate and useful information.

Does this only work for full body workouts? And are we able to enter arbitrary workouts into the app in case we are following a specific program?
Andrei Shaurko
@tombielecki It works for any workout. You can also do running or cycling, for example. What matters for the app is how it influences your heart (your ECG). And we will measure it for any sports. The app allows you to construct arbitrary workouts out of variety of exercises already included in our training module if you follow a specific program.
