Rutter 2.0 - The universal API for ecommerce

We’re using Rutter for our ecommerce app and boy do they deliver. Rutter works like magic. I’ve never looked at an Etsy or Bigcommerce documentation page yet our app works on these platforms out of the box. Using low level platform APIs are a thing of the past. It’s a huge unlock for us as we’re now able to service merchants on platforms we otherwise wouldn’t have the time to build for. And it gives us a competitive advantage by increasing our addressable market beyond the platforms we have time to build for. Anyone building platform specific apps is missing out. Very excited to see what’s in store for Rutter!

This can be great fit for headless commerce & custom eCommerce solutions.

Will rutter support custom plugins so developers can build unique or even proprietary functionality?

Amazing progress! Plaid for ecommerce makes a lot of sense as the industry matures and people need data for financing, selling merch multi-platform, etc
