Best CRM in the market, no doubt!

Pros:

It's software that makes you work less instead of more. Most CRMs are not like that. It's really awesome.

Cons:

I don't know. Nothing really at this point.

The idea is nice, but still need much more work and improvement, I would recommend Cloze it is a matured version with lots of features and integrations and much cheaper

Pros:

Nice interface, simple

Cons:

overpriced, oversimplified, can't manage your inbox, don't add accounts and contact automatically

Hi Weaam! Cloze is made for lone wolves who don't need a clean database, so it can create every account automatically. We made Salesflare more for teams/companies and then things need to be more organized. That's why we for instance rather suggest you a new contact on an account than immediately adding it. We automate stuff for you, but you can still keep full control!

So, in the last several months, the Company is really easy to deal with.

Keri has been so response. The tutorial videos are Awesome and great because i can access anytime.

Pros:

Ease of Use, GREAT Response to when asking for help

Cons:

None so far. Maybe just that they are in a different time zone

Congrats Salesflare team for an amazing CRM system! My team of over 30 have started using Salesflare for the past month and it's been amazing so far. This is the first time they are engaged and excited about inputting client information and taking ownership over client accounts. There are a few kinks and user interface suggestions we have as we work within the system and Jeroen always quick on his response and takes our comments into consideration for their next update. Good Luck and looking forward to working together.
