The software is great. 100%. However, the pricing policy is not so well designed IHMO. 2 years ago I bought a "forever" license with updates. However it's not "Forever"., now i need to pay one more time for the update. What a shame. Now I have to buy another "Forever" license. Where is the guarantee that in the next 2 years, I will be not charged? Just asking from the perspective of the client. Just sharing my perspective. Of course, purchasing add additional $50 is not a problem at all. I would just change a copy, otherwise it's like overpromise.

@mbalasinski Hi Maciej! It was always marketed as a one-time payment deal, which included support for one year of new updates. You can check the pricing page on the Wayback Machine. I believe the confusion may stem from the fact that we did not adhere to the "one-year period" for a long time. Many of our users, especially early adopters, had access for two years. We decided to extend this period for early adopters as a gesture of goodwill.

Been a user for a while, cannot recommend it enough. I'm doing all my sales-related demos with this in 5 minutes. Waiting for some customization options (e.g. recording webcam stream separately from screen stream). But perhaps it's in this new release?!

@dawid_wilewski actually just have two separately accessible tracks. So in some cases, when Screen Studio does not focus on the right thing, or I just want me face to be full screen (YouTuber style), I want to not have to rely on the automatic zoom feature, but be able to choose myself what to put in focus/ full screen mode

@nilsdecker I have good news for you! This is possible in 3.0 :D You now have an extra track for camera layouts, but you need to enable it first. You can choose to display your camera in full screen, hide it, or overlay it in a different position if you prefer.
